Professionals of all ages are encouraged to attend to this quarter's forum.\n\n\n\nWith different generations in the workplace\, each with their own values and works styles\, frustrations are bound to arise. While this may seem like an obstacle at first glance\, generational diversity provides opportunities for innovation and growth\n\n\n	Leveraging generational strength to drive culture of change and innovation\n	Cross-generational leadership\n	Key tips to ensure top performance from all team members\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n \n\n\n	\n		\n			\n			Noah Lomax\n\n			Global Consumer Social Strategy Manager\n\n			HP Inc.\n\n			\n\n			Prior to coming to HP\, Noah worked in resident life and student development at multiple higher ed institutions for 6 years\, most recently as a Director of Student Activities and Development. He has led college intern programs in the nonprofit sector and has launched Millennial-focused products in his three years here at HP. Having spoken at multiple universities and companies on the opportunities and challenges for Millennials in the workplace\, Noah is passionate about equipping both his peers and their managers with the tools needed to bridge generational gap.\n		\n		\n			 \n		\n		\n			\n			Lori Lorenz\n\n			 VP of Marketing\n\n			American Specialty Health\n\n			\n\n			Lori is an Executive Leader with experience in Marketing\, Strategic Partnerships and Innovation to drive growth. After 28 years at HP\, Lori traded in her early retirement watch for a Fitbit after joining American Specialty Health as the Vice President of Marketing. Lori's position allows her to hire and mentor millennials every day.
