L.J. Pocsi Founder/Personal Trainer Infinitely Fit New Jersey native, LJ Pocsi enlisted as a Marine Musician in lieu of attending the music conservatory in which she had a full scholarship. In 2010, L.J. returned to San Diego to work for the US Marine Corps as a Family Readiness Officer. At this time, she was overweight and assumed she would stay that way for life regardless of how much dieting and exercising she tried. Thanks to a work wellness program, L.J. lost weight in a very healthy way using lifestyle change, never dieting. In the process of her 40lb weight loss, she decided she was ready to pay it forward.
