About the Speaker
Andrea Marshall?s journey weaves through the realms of education, project management, and positive psychology.
She embarked on her professional voyage as a passionate math and physics teacher, dedicating eight years to shaping young minds and delivering impactful professional development workshops for fellow educators. However, the call for a new challenge beckoned, leading her to transition into the dynamic world of project management.
Andrea earned her PMP in 2013 and then continued to grow obtaining CSM, Lean 5S, CM2-P (Configuration Management) credentials. She has successfully navigated the intricacies of IT, hardware, software, and enterprise system projects, assuming leadership roles that extend beyond project management to inspire and guide high-performing teams. Fueled by a deep-seated commitment to high performance and human well-being, she pursued certification as an Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner.
She now works to blend the art of teaching with the science of project management, leveraging positive psychology to enhance team dynamics and individual well-being.
Today, she is on a mission?to weave in the fabric of positive psychology into project management best practices. Her goal is clear: empower business leaders and project professionals with the knowledge and skills not only to excel in their projects but also to foster a culture of well-being, leading to happier individuals and more successful business outcomes.
