San Diego Women Connect Luncheon - The Culture of "Burnout"
The Culture of "Burnout"
There comes a point when the stress of work, deadlines, parenting and communications can take a toll on all of us and we experience "Burnout".
The impact of burnout is real: it can impact our confidence at work, performance, moodiness, changing the quality of our life in and outside of work.
Join us for the dialog on the Culture of "Burnout" and understand what the signs are, managing it and how to help others get through it.
Panelist conversation will include but not limited to the following:
- What does burnout look like?
- Is our need for control a contributing factor?
- What effect does it have on our productivity and confidence at work?
- Steps to overcome burnout.
