Cognihealth is a licensed non-medical home care agency specializing in dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory care, with 24-hour support for families throughout San Diego County. Locally owned and state-licensed (CDSS HCO #374700447), we were founded by a daughter who cared for her mother with dementia for over 10 years. Services include 24-hour and live-in care, overnight, personal, companion, respite, post-hospital, and veterans home care. Every caregiver is background-checked, dementia-trained, and employed directly by Cognihealth. Bonded, insured, ABHC-certified, and a partner of PocketRN and Tembo Health, participants in Medicare’s GUIDE model. Care can begin within 24–48 hours, with same-day placement for urgent needs.
